Job Switch : is it really easy to switch job and land interviews . There are so many sites with jobs posted and also there are ample amount of jobs as seen but why the resume is not getting selected ? Is there anyone whose resume gets selected in jobs posted ? Work life balance Hikes but company is turning out be worst from last one year , when you are expecting promotion, will be fired.

The management has a lot of power. Most of the employees tend to flatter their way up the hierarchy. These employees do not have the knowledge but it comes to no one's surprise when they get promoted year after year.
