...irements. This is causing existing employees to handle unbearable work pressure. No compensation for working during weekends. The devops team schedules production deployments during IST midnight or IST morning on Saturday/sunday. This is very bad practice on employees in IST time zone, upper management should take employees work life balance into consideration before making such decisions

1. Most of Employees/colleagues are not at all cooperative. 2. Lots of Politics. 3. Poor knowledge of Managers (Both technical and management). 4. No job security. 5. Silent Firing. 6. Poor management by Managers. 7. Toxic work culture 8. Extreme Work Stress. 9. Not a idle organisation to work with. 10. Joining such organisation is very risky.

The perks and benefits are good. Hybrid work mode and free lunch, snacks and dinner. The working hours are also flexible

Wfh is not given even if the reason is genuine. The toxic higher management is some teams.
