The salary and bonus are the only positives about the company.

The company culture is very poor, and HR plays no role in addressing employee concerns. They are not helpful at all. The same applies to the senior management team—they show no concern if employees face challenges with their managers. There is no proper review process or KRA (Key Result Area) setting; it's merely a formality, and no one follows the process. The senior management team is incapable of handling a large sales and marketing team effectively. Additionally, there is no regard for women's safety. Overall, I had a very bad experience working with this company.

UBM india is superb place to work very Good environment for working on floor i have learned lot from this company. All managers and colleges are very supportive .

UBM India is second largest company for B2B Exhibitions.I had completed two years working with UBM and during my tenure i came across several things which were new to learn about different business markets. the most important thing i like about UBM is the work environment is very good, learning and training process was on monthly basis which helped to improve more in my work.

I was recruited by third party so my salary was never on time it use to take 2 weeks to credit my salary.
