No security of job. You won't be able to survive if you do not meet numbers irrespective of your efforts. And won't give you chance to make it up for your numbers. They will fire within a week, without at least giving PIP.

Compunnel is a funny company where all in the US shift talks about drinks and smoke. HR head Sonal Arora sits inside her cabin while the employees fighting to get a seat for their 7PM US shift.

Typical Shah or LALA company. HR and L&D ladies only good in fashion and showing big iPhones

The worst company to work with. They hire after knowing your previous work domain and then fire you even if you're working correctly without any proper training. They play dirty politics to fire you when you least expect it.

Never before seen company culture and management. Never consider their offers no matter how lucrative it sounds. A terrible company which hires and fires without even telling you why. Out and out corrupt people and terrible work culture.

They have an agency working model which requires you to keep switching between projects. This creates unnecessary pressure and doesn't let you settle down.
