Policies change frequently. Offered Remote written in offerletter but now calling back to offices. Promotion and appraisal process very late. Always ends up after the deadline and atleast the process get delayed by a month.

In my company review, despite being hired as a campus recruit, I did not receive the full salary as initially promised in my Cost to Company (CTC) package. Despite expressing concerns about the low CTC during college, I was hired due to the college placement policy. Initially onboarded as a data scientist, my training period was extended by three months due to a lack of available projects, not due to performance issues. Subsequently, I was informed that I would only receive half of my salary until I was staffed on a project. After spending a year on the bench, I pursued additional learning in MERN and MEAN technologies in hopes of securing a project assignment. However, upon finally being allocated a project, I discovered that my salary was not equivalent to that of my colleagues. When I raised this issue with Param(HR), I was informed that my colleagues were receiving full compensation because they were hired laterally. Additionally, the work-from-home (WFH) option was revoked, and I was pressured to return to Jaipur, with the threat of salary deductions, despite already receiving only half of the promised salary.

...e working there but once you put down the papers, they turns to be too arrogant. Didn't even pay your pending incentives

Work-life balance is excellent. Some team leads are arrogant but overall at the end everyone helps each other except head HR. Learning is great but very low work load. Also working hours are very flexible.

Dislikes

No team parties or team outings. Head HR is not good. Less pay.

1. They can transfer you to any location, any startup, any where if their client asks for your profile on the same pay roll... So unnecessary switch will be included in your job profile then in next company your appraisal cycle and others will start from beginning...
