While joining the company i believe it is an IT professional company, after joining i realized there is nothing related to tech going on in the company rather if someone wants themselves to excel in dance or making instagram reels this is the perfect platform/company for them. Coming to their project quality and the quality of working professionals, I would say a school kid will have more knowledge than them... I randomly asked a highly paid professional a basic question they couldn't answer.... the owners are also nonetheless the same.... if u want to excel more in entertainment please meet them personally they will show u the real saas-bahu and Sajish

salary never on time, worst & confused management, egoistic, immature HR head Rekha behaving like mason contractor. Account managers like Ambika because of her the company lost government projects cause she does not know how to talk gently to clients even. the company is full of fools. These type of companies are destroying IT culture and ethics and should be banned.

Earlier the projects and teams were good but the policies and people at senior levels have led the employees to resign.

... making their favourite employees to post ‘positive’ reviews to cover it all up. Salaries and other compensation mentioned are either delayed beyond time or not paid at all.

... with Infoneo Technologies since last 10 Years . Its more like family to me now. I have always been receiving the salary very well on time and our relationship with management including boss is very good. I have learnt a lot over the past years and has got the opportunities to work on multiple national and international projects in multiple technologies.

Dislikes

Last few months with Two project Managers with whom i was working was very bad as they failed to guide and lack technical aspects completely. Other than that all team is very good.

If you want to meet most technical person then meet Ravi singh. He is the guy who has knowledge of manipulate employees for not giving salary on time. I didn’t receive my salary last 4 months. and they give me promotion instead lol.

They don’t have money to pay their employees. Even bhutani builder throw them out from their rented office because they didn’t pay the rent. They give us all work from home and cutting out salary because of giving us wfh. They don’t have projects. Soon they will be on road like begger.
