The recuritment process has been smooth Timely responded to mails/call

Dislikes

1. To many HR Contacts, for hiring, reporting, documentation, salary, leaves... each one have one representative, for an employee it gets confusing 2. Keep getting random calls at random time, asking about project feedback - its completely unneccesary 3. Got a mail regarding productivity, which appears to have been written in desperation. experienced employees don't like getting such mails. 4. Failed in keeping the recruit time promise (4 yrs project duration), project got over in 3 months, indicating lack of business model/foresite. 5. My reporting manager is an HR in infomerica, except for the HR dicussion during recuritment, I did not hear/listen from him ever again, not even during exit.

Likes

It is a contract to hire organization, provide resources to their clients. It is their main source of revenue. So it only working for clients not for Infomerica, client site also there is no equal treatment for contact employees.

Dislikes

Salary and compensation is very low, there is not other benifits at all. Insurance also employees have to pay. Working at client location with lots of discrimination.

Nothing good working here. They give all sweet promises while they lure you into join their "organization" (which as a matter of fact has only one client ... if the client terminates your contract, you are doomed)

Everything. Starting from salary, career and professional growth, job security, company culture

Just like the office infrastructure of IQVIA nothing more than that

IQVIA there are lot of internal politics and toxic people all around won’t allow you to grow and always disrespects and treats you low

Most highlight is the HR department and management. There is a broad chances provided by them where you can learn and work. Highly appreciable and recommended for those who need to sharpen your career path.
