I would like to work like that work environment and also I have take challenging life very good and friendly colleagues but problem is TL , feeling like littlebit pressure but also it's helped me to grow up . I had lott of opportunity to learn new things, I worked 3 different projects within 4 months on .Net technologies. The wonderful HR like Girish Sir and wonderful Boss like Vikash Sir , I am inspired by them thoughts, once again thanks for infomaze technologies.

I started my career with this company and which was a 2 years bond. it was very bad experience. very strict timings between 9 AM to 7 PM or 8 PM. Even if i dint have any Work also i used to sit till 7 or 7.30 PM and before leaving everyday i used to ask permission of team lead and if he say yes then only i was leaving. if i was left by 6.30 PM team lead and manager look like lion. Very bad management. they dont have any kindness about the employees they will think employees like use and throw. Even i requested them lot they dint give me an exp certificate only for not serving the notice period of 2 months after the 2 Years completed. my suggestion for the management is Please change the worst management and show some kindness about the employees and give some free to emp and dont think that u only the Hero of the company! Please mind that there are lot of Heros are there in outside my suggestion for who joining the company is Please dont join if you are experienced.
