...hey supported me a lot and I achieved around 50% of my targets most of the time. Despite this, there were no deductions from my salary. Initially, they mentioned there would be a fixed target with only 20% flexibility allowed. They consistently provided support, but there were some fake employees who never worked yet still expected to receive their salaries. They even posted fake reviews regarding salaries. Based on my seven months of experience, I'm receiving monthly incentives ranging from 40-50K, which I never expected. They have been extremely supportive, and all salary incentives and bonuses are paid on the 7th of every month without any delays. I must say, there are few companies in Noida with such a good track record and professionalism. I feel like I'm constantly learning, and after joining Infoicon, I felt like I had lost 8 years of my career, which I've now regained in just 7 months here. The people here are highly skilled and adept at closing deals and providing support. I can confidently say that no other company offers such lucrative incentives along with a salary, Salespeople here are making 2-3 lakhs in monthly incentives.

Accept the above pro nothing is good here. Toxic work environment they just made pathetic work policies where you are not allowed to take leave on either Monday or Friday if you took that they cut double pay from your salary. And also if HR unapproved your leave then also they cut double pay. No fun Friday or any activities. You are just robots here

The company is open to marketing innovation. The work-life balance is good while working here. There are strict about their working hours, but ask nothing when the working hours are completed with given tasks.

The compensation and growth here are slow to none. The work pressure is usually high as you receive work from every corner while expecting to complete all of them at a time. And, that the rewarding system is not good or we can say that unsystematic. There's discrimination among higher and common employees as well as girls and boys. Last, you have to give attendance 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening.
