We can talk with whomever we want and I talking about the people in the senior position and management level people about our concerns we have.

...'t provide cabs are provide any allowance for transportation for male employees. The only benefit we get other than salary is our incentives.

Will be doing same work. no career growth, very very low pay, no hikes even after two years. Micromanagement . Recognition will come along with heavy work load.
