...king in Gartener's list. Good learning environment for people who like to learn. Though they had to downsize twice when I was there but people got very flexible and hefty compensation. This was the only company I know who share there all earnings in weekly emails. Overall I think it's a good place to work.

Lately company's goals are not properly communicated with employees, so a lot of confusion. May be side effects of aquisitions.

If u want to ruin your career...join in this company... Too much of politics.... The total experience in this company doesn't help u in your future career. Bcoz nobody know the type of work done in this company... As a result u will be struck in this company... Even if u resign ,they will manipulate and shows to the higher authorities that the company itself fired us.. If Ur manager has a good opinion on u... U will be happy.... If not.... They will break u down emotionally everday... He doesn't have a single quality of a manager should have. Team lead will shout on u in front of everyone....

Terrible work life balance. Takeover a couple of years has lead to nil innovation and a terrible job security. New management is pathetic and doesn't care a bit about Indian employees. No career path now.
