Very good on-the-job training as well as online training. I joined as a fresher and now within 8 months of joining, I was trained on .net core and dapper. Post training I also got the chance on real time product development. Even during the pandemic, I received a good percentage of hike as usually companies will not give hike within first year of joining. It was a pleasant surprise because I was least expecting it. Overall the company is good for exploring new opportunities

The best part is anyone in the company can reach to management with any of their concerns and get it resolved. This place is definitely not good for those people who try to grow in career with office politics.
