Do not work with this company especially on contract. If you are lucky you will get salary on time otherwise you will have to fight for your salary. Also there is no or poor coordination between HR, admin and their contractor vendor company. Management is poor and immature. Same is HR and admin. No proper processes and procedures. Very few clients and projects. Project management is poor. Quality of work and processes are poor. You will not learn anything good here. Poor growth and appraisal. Hire and fire. No respect for your work and contribution. Cheap treatment.

Infogain is a private equity invested Company. Hence, the primary goal is to increase topline and bottomline. Though the goal is there neither the Board not the CEO has any clue how to reach there. Hence, there is dissatisfaction across the Organization which has percolated down. Otherwise the environment is good and Senior Management is OK. Everyone at all levels seem to be trying their best.

Dislikes

As the Organization performance has not been great both job security and salary increments could be poor. This could also lead to blaming of each other with the blame sometimes falling on the wrong name.

Work culture, HR who listens to their employees concerns, learning and development, compensation benefits for client site deputation and periodic events.

Dislikes

Lack of good Projects specially for java guys, less career growth, many projects are still working on older technologies, appraisal system.

Less appraisal and too much complications while leaving the organisation too much 3 months notice period thats poor

Everything management and salary prospective and too much hard to leave this organisation and swich to another company 3 months notice period
