The thing disappointed me, I experienced in past, I have to wait for long time ( 1.5 year) to get your designation on paper and salary increment according to your job role. Shift timing is long, No cafeteria, No team outings, No long term job security, Sometimes Religion and Caste are associated with work that is not good...

Infocrunch is good place to work and to learn new things for freshers.The company has a well since of direction and fairness to the employees. Mr. Pramod who is the Campaign Manager of Infocruch is a great manager for giving confidence in the team's ability to work independently.He creates actionable goals for the team most. No Fix working hours. sitting late till night. No leave policy. sunday working. No job security. You do no know after 1 hour you are going to be with company or out of the company. Do not suggest to career oriented who are in theri particular field and changing field because of good salary. If you have no post graduation, and no proper career oriented job then only go with this.
