...medival time desk and chairs, even the laptops are not company owned but rented. HR sitting in Hyderabad have no clue what is going on and is good for nothing, fails to process salary on time. Employees call using name of FAKE govt agencies or FAKE news channel. Even the company issues FAKE TV channel Id card for field visits. Extremely odd working hours. 3 months notice period. If selected they will force to join within couple of days so that people do not come across these reviews and change mind. You will certainly loose your skill set. The company only does its survey, research and analysis majority based on only CASTIESM. The cafeteria is filled with mouse and servers wont even use gloves while serving things like roti even during these covid situation. If this is the last organization in the world be a freelancer or start business but dont join this company. SAVE YOURSELF.

No Fix working hours. sitting late till night. No leave policy. sunday working. No job security. You do no know after 1 hour you are going to be with company or out of the company. Do not suggest to career oriented who are in theri particular field and changing field because of good salary. If you have no post graduation, and no proper career oriented job then only go with this.

... the organisation is a good place to work if you have sound political knowledge. Salary is received on time, workstation is good and the work culture is great. In regard to promotion, the formula is that if you work in the right way, you would certainly be promoted within a year. So, overall Infocrunch is a good place to work in terms of political and data analysis.

...me free meal (From morning breakfast to dinner) is another thing I like most. Decent salary, on time salary, work from home, cab facilities, Healthy and clean work environment etc makes this place awesome to work.

I think 4 years is enough to elaborate about the company and its functions. Salary was good when. i joined but appraisal is one of scam and fraud by them.

Work culture was very bad. whatever mention in JD during Interview by the way 6 rounds of useless interview to be a Project Manager who work as call centre agent.total Manipulating report to BJP and yes they work for BJP. to increase the company rating when found negative feedback they run a campaign and forced team to rate good about firm. No security for people like RM and others when they visit field they used Fake TV9 id card, and. when we call people we used to say different channels name that is also a fake or fraud and if caught no one will support you . as an employee i found one person with ITI qualification is leading teams and not able to define what main boss asked for and and that boss take side of that lier ITI guy sardar. No security, Appraisal scam , Top level all are relative to each other and support them only. Making Fool of BJP to get more project by manipulating reports and Bills. they promise for appraisal on june /july but credit in oct/nov so employee won't resign during these days. If you are looking for political knowledge and want to work with political strategy company then i won't recommend this firm ever. they will hire you after 6 round os useless interview and fire you in one day. and if talk about Strategy they just take interview people from I-Pac, Jarvis and other company employe take ideas from then and copy paste into their firm. Hope employees of this firm will feel secure from internal politics, relatives and future job scope. because one day BJP will get this Manipulation report and fraud and end the project.
