I am working in this organization from last 3.5 years, Good work culture like a family , Management is cooperative and helpful, Salary on time and good according to Designation , Annual appraisal, Get promotion based on our knowledge, Job helps to increase political knowledge and current affairs, if you have good political knowledge, and good communication skills then it is best job for you.

The thing disappointed me, I experienced in past, I have to wait for long time ( 1.5 year) to get your designation on paper and salary increment according to your job role. Shift timing is long, No cafeteria, No team outings, No long term job security, Sometimes Religion and Caste are associated with work that is not good...

No Fix working hours. sitting late till night. No leave policy. sunday working. No job security. You do no know after 1 hour you are going to be with company or out of the company. Do not suggest to career oriented who are in theri particular field and changing field because of good salary. If you have no post graduation, and no proper career oriented job then only go with this.

... the organisation is a good place to work if you have sound political knowledge. Salary is received on time, workstation is good and the work culture is great. In regard to promotion, the formula is that if you work in the right way, you would certainly be promoted within a year. So, overall Infocrunch is a good place to work in terms of political and data analysis.
