The management is really really bad, especially the HR manager. I have worked at multiple places before and although this field itself is stressful, this organization in particular is the worst experience i have ever had. They say all the good things about themselves like we are employee centric, we focus on good culture etc etc, but they need to understand throwing a party once a year or cricket match isn't called as 'culture', rather its how you treat the employees without them feeling like theyre being tortured.

Dislikes

The company is facing major troubles, but the top management probably doesn't understand this that the only way to fix this is by treating employees well (nothing special, but just treating fairly and not disrespecting at your convenience). This bad culture has been going on for a long long time , with the employees just bearing it all, and the company has been taking advantage of peoples silence, but it will come out some day or the other.

I have learned the most valuable skills at InfoAxon such as taking ownership, customer engagement, customer satisfaction, and focusing on what is really important. This coupled with their no-nonsense culture and work environment has helped me grow fast. What I like here is that the seniors and management don't hold back and provide right feedback, help, and support for you to grow.

there is nothing to like about the company, its a terrible place to work.Everyone working here is very frustrated and is looking for job change. All the good reviews are asked to be put by the HR. Even if you are among the top performers, there is still no respect. Its only a good place to learn if you are looking to hammer yourself.Wait for any other opportunities rather than joining here or else you will remember my words and then it will be too late to regret!!

1.There is lot of work pressure with weekends working, basically you will be treated like a labourer. 2.No proper work management. The CEOs are good but the management is not proper, the worst is the HR. 3. None of your work from the HR will be done on time. forget your bonuses/ appraisals for atleast 2 months from the actual date of appraisal.

Great learning experience, give samples of chances to prove and make a difference in a project! Amazing company for initial years of your career!

There are certain things that work in a certain way and there is a sense of hesitation to adapt new ways or trust outsiders.

Too much politics, whole year people with kick you for work and give lollipop of good hike and in appraisal cycle, even appraisal gets delayed upto 6 months in the name of performance.
