Initially salary was good as per Market standards but later on in past 2 years there has been no hike . Basically as everyone knows company is going through a tough phase .

Dislikes

Mostly everything from culture to work to salary hike to promotion . Worst of all are senior management starting from leads with 0 input and 100 politics.

InfoEdge used to be one of the best companies to work for, but now it's only a profit factory they keep all the money to themselves leaving nothing to the employees. Only job security is there but that too will go away in the near future.

* Poor HR policies * No benefits at all, come office keep salary go home culture. * No appraisals and Bonus * Poor work culture and learning

Nothing so far, they always push you to do more work and give you nothing in return

1. Everything is very urgent here 2. Bad work culture 3. Bad pay 4. Managers are outdated and rude with less technical knowledge.

- Extreme crunch environment during major projects - Appraisals could be higher

Not so much like to dislike. Loved it as it is Indian Company.
