Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.

I love the puzzle-solving side of computer science troubleshooting complex systems and digging into obscure issues but I can’t stand sitting at a desk all day. I’m not into coding or software building; I’d rather work with my hands, like fixing cars or repairing appliances.
