The organization provides the great learning culture and gives great work life balance and Professional Services Business unit is the excellent arm and strength of Inflow Technologies. All implementations, trainings, and consulting activities are delivered with utmost care and customer centric approach. Timely perks and appraisals, trainings also helps the employees to grow.

your job is fairly secure if you are even average. Company culture is good, not enough growth opportunity in terms of promotions but appraisal is better than market trend. really satisfied to work here.

Not a good company to work at for technical background person because they will hire on Tech basis and expect sales from you. If there is no sales, they will ask you to leave the organisation. So for an example you joined as a Technical consultant , you will come to know after some months that what you need to do is sales and if failed , you have to leave the job . So better to look for some other opportunities rather than working here.
