...net there on machine because they can track you. Poor facilities,poor canteen, Salary are very low for day and night as well.

Fixed day shift, was having free bus facility, cafeteria, salary on time, annual functions, events and games etc.

Not satisfied with salary and incentive, as compared with other companies & as expected not much good salary. Those candidates have completed more than 2,3 year no good salary.

...ealthcare. The work pressure will be high because your dealing with health care. Fresher salary is very very less and increment is totally based on work which is good but the increment process is very tough like very less holiday should be taken monthly, target should be 100%, monthly assessment test. "NO HOLIDAY FOR INDIAN FESTIVAL" even national holiday also they follow U.S holiday which is very less. This only applies to when your working for U.S Client. And normal jobs like coding, H.R, accountant I don't know very well. But the people are good I was very lucky that I met with good people at work for my first job.

Salary and Holidays you are dealing with BPO work remember that holidays are given based on U.S holiday even national hoiday.

Its good to be a part of this company many new things we get to learn hear and make a growth in our carrier.As a carrier prospective for fresher it's good.

There is nothing to like about this company. Worse place to work. It's been 5 years I'm working with here and they only paid 16k ... Yearly appraisal 800 only, they only do show off

...d but after the pandemic the company started treating it's employees like hell.. they cut 4k from our salary. Increased production, increased work time. Increased pressure. BEST SUGGESTION DON'T APPLY JOB AT INFINX
