The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Slightly salary hike

Dislikes

- For womens - No maternity leaves will they allow even you eligible, instead they will fire you by showing other reasons. Like No project vacancy, performance etc. They will not care even if you have given your 100% in the past.

There are several process in INFINIX but if you hired for SIMON MED IMAGING (SMI) then following actions will be taken against you. 1. Target is above 40 and if you do not acheive your target then they will put you in QIP. 2. After QIP still you did not achieve your target on daily basis then you will be going to PIP. 3.Then after direct separation without any reason just because they are hiring fresher candidates who are ready to work at 17k. So why they will pay 40k to us ? 4. If you do not achieve you daily target then you will have to extend your shifts by 4 hours daily. 5. Extension hours will not pe paid. 6.There are very limited access of portal and we need to request very badly to get the access of any portal. 7.Error will be given on appeal format and for very nonsense reasons just because Quality doesn’t know how to audit the cases. 8. There is no MIS team in INFINIX. 9. There is no WFM team in INFINIX. 10. Cab facility is also very poor. Your logout time is 3 AM and you will get cab by 4 or 4.45 AM and daily you have to book OLA or UBER. Read carefully before choosing INFINIX.

...reasons, for eg difference of biometric login and pc login more than 10 minutes. -No pressure but office politics will suck your blood 🩸💉 -easy promotion as they want that talent should not go out of the office in cheaper Rate salary. -salary Increment is like same for 1 year & 8 year employees. Based on performance. If employee A who completed 1 year and Employee B who completed 8 years & their performance is under p1, p2, p3 P1= 1300₹ hike P2= 1400₹ hike P3= 1500₹ hike So Hike will be same for Employee A & B. In 2025 they did not increase their salary in %, instead used Squeezing technique of Amount. So think twice before joining.

The salary and the appraisal is very low need to improve in this, even you are doing a great in 7,9 months but when it comes near the appraisal month and your P3MS is low they act accordingly the remaining which can be a low P3MS Score so that's the issue
