...ealthcare. The work pressure will be high because your dealing with health care. Fresher salary is very very less and increment is totally based on work which is good but the increment process is very tough like very less holiday should be taken monthly, target should be 100%, monthly assessment test. "NO HOLIDAY FOR INDIAN FESTIVAL" even national holiday also they follow U.S holiday which is very less. This only applies to when your working for U.S Client. And normal jobs like coding, H.R, accountant I don't know very well. But the people are good I was very lucky that I met with good people at work for my first job.

Salary and Holidays you are dealing with BPO work remember that holidays are given based on U.S holiday even national hoiday.

Nothing I like because HR also take the seniors sides.

... team always they will say go and speak to manager. This is not the way to work. Only to say this they take the monthly salary. If we complain HR than they also takes there side. There is no concern person to whom we can complain and that person should stand for us.

...rk and build your career its only for pocket money for those who are done H.S.C. you will not learn anything there you will face toxic environment if u dont meet the target then your pay will be cut without hesitation I worked for 2 years and felt that.

Toxic environment, bias seniors, no incentive and no career growth apportunities your pay will be cut daily if you dont meet the target. 700 to 900 willbe your yearly increment

2 days week off fixed day shift, if we work 1 hr more we paid for extra. salary never late, easy work with not much pressure good environment. good bonding with seniors.

...not to choose. if you have to work for experience after 12th I preferred infinx. the growth is 10% per annum I'm talking about me if my salary in hand is 11,000 its gradually increase 10% per annum which is not satisfied. we dont have incentives. overall growth is slow .

There is no job security for new employees. Company is not standing his own word related to target, salary, extra benefit for OT.

There is no job security, salary deduction, OT unpaid, daily extra time sitting 2 or 3 hr , do not logout without complete our target
