... After joining infinity Pune branch then your life will be totally fu@ked up. Apart from salary no bonus ..no night allowance.. no OT.. no PF.. no proper leaves ..no medical.. Work environment is worst here.. favouritism works most of the time and management plays blame game when an exclation come from client, manager says 'its your fault'. From HR to the top authority all people are doing nothing if you have any work they will never take the responsibility. No job security.. no personal development... You get nothing to learn from this company.. Kothrud and koregaon park branch is the most worst branch. AT THE END, IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME & FUTURE DON'T WORK HERE...

Just they provide good knowledge for US MORTGAGE... nothing else..

Salary not getting as per market rates. No promotions. Not well educated staff and senior more of them are 12th pass only... No etiquette on floor or from senior staff.

... Only u can earn the money if you complete no, of loans per day, like a labor. No offer Letter, No salary slips. and most important they having the Illegal Bond agreement system, which employee/associate have to sign when he joins. and if we want to leave before that contract ends, we have to leave with empty hands (Not getting any service certificate), which is illegal. HR partiality with management. No respect as a employee, they completely treats like a labor in expectation of work. No increment, No any other facilities, illegal 10-12 hours working. They are spoiling the future US Mortgage market completely.

No Job Security, they hired when the need labors, removes when they not having any projects.

Only work is good.. over all process is good n work quality is too good.

Didn’t like the management of the office ans staff too.. No increment in the salary.. no joining letter nor payslips they give.. Solapur branch is not much standard.. there is only partiality.. but the work process is too good.. I’m blessed with mortgage knowledge from Infinity..

...am mates are very cooperative and influencing. Management is very crystal clear. Appraisals are good and give salary hike every year as per performance.

No good cafeteria for people working at night shifts, on the job training is not given to new joiners.
