The company director is extremely supportive, approachable and dedicated to their work.

Dislikes

Company is good but some peoples are misusing his power given by company. Office time is 9 am to 6 am but HR and admin comes at 10 am everyday and no one will take strict action on them. if you complaint then they start pressurizing you and at the the end you will left company. if you don't have any problem regarding above issue then definitely join company otherwise don't join.

All the staff is polite. Average amenities are provided.

Dislikes

All the staff is polite except the one head of all the departments. That is the reason for major vacancies in this company. Its like he is the Hitler and other all staff are the nazis and the company is concentration chamber.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
