Everything, nobody out their can be trusted and is good enough to work with, safety is another issue, location of the office is pathetic. Management is least bothered. All they want is to mint money and nothing else, no work culture, no appraisals, they want to hire donkeys and horses, that's all. There is enough to be said against the company, one can even write an entire book.

No working culture, owner biased by its some special workers , owner had interference in every thing , no future ,not paying perks or allowance when you are leaving the job.
