Poor management, no security on salaries ( detecting a sum from your salary for the loss caused by you even if it is happened by technical issue) very very poor politics, no proper shifts, lack of employees, poor technical and IT staffs, poor management, some seniors will act as a boss to the freshers and their attitudes, worst HR team I have not seen such kind of team in my life they delay all their work to the employees, HR will not allow employees to Resign properly they will make some profit to the company by denying to provide their settlements, typical rotational shifts, providing some benefits and appreciations to the person who is very close to the mangers and HR, night shifts hours should be 10 hrs and in weekends it will be 12hrs and there is no compensation for the extra hours.

I deeply appreciate my time at Infiniti Software Solutions. However, like any organization, there can be challenges. One challenge I find is the fast-paced environment, which sometimes leads to tight deadlines that can make balancing detailed work with innovation a bit difficult. Additionally, rapid changes in project priorities can sometimes disrupt long-term planning. That said, I see these challenges as opportunities for growth and adaptability, and they have helped me develop strong time management and problem-solving skills. Overall, the positives far outweigh any difficulties, and I value the experiences I’ve gained.
