...n’t remember when was the last day I logged out after 9 hrs of my working hours. My working hour kept on stretching until it become normal and no compensation was given. Toxic culture, no collaboration between collegues and upper management. Sad that with lot of vision and promise it turned vice versa

Excessive micromanagement from top management, consistently delayed salary payments, full & final settlements taking 7-8 months, unfair treatment and biased decisions, lack of a cohesive ‘One Team’ culture, and reliance on outdated manual processes.

Third class company Low increament No work life balance HR team is terrible Associate (lowest position) and research analyst (senior position) both are doing same level of work but getting paid differently. Whats the point that's why I called this company 3rd class
