It’s a sweatshop and it’s by design, ishmeet does this purposefully to exploit young college graduates who are in dire need of money and can make them work 16-18 hours by giving them guilt trip. nabheet has become delusional and believes everything ishmeet says Also i know that you get all the genuine reviews deleted from this platform using some agency I have seen emails of mohana and having photos of the same

I’m soon going to report this to epf with proofs also to all of your clients you are going to pay for your what you have done. you exploited a lot of young minds and destroyed their lives. you made me work on weekends it destroyed my mental health and I’m going to do the same to you You lie like anything to all your clients about head count, number of offices, work experience of the employees and what not I am collecting all the proofs and soon going to email all this to all your clients

It is a place where you can learn so many things at such a first pace which no other company offers. I started as a Frontend developer and within 2-3 months was doing backend also. Company follows hiring and firing policy. Worst Work Culture. They will hire you when they have project and if project somehow gets cancelled they will fire you immediately. They will keep pushing you to work beyond working hours. You will have to take permission from the Seniors even if you are leaving after working beyond 9 hours.
