Its been 3+ years i am working with this organisation & it was a great learning. The work culture is the best part.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on job training for freshers. Hence, senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain at times.

No work life balance,per day 13 to 14 hours work, HR not care about employees life , no appraisal , Low pay heavy work pressure.No shift, Morning 8 am to Night 12 pm we have to work continuously

There is no job security in infinite.when I joined in infinite they said you are a permanent employee but when I went on my maternity leave and came back to work they told me that we don't have project so you will be out of work within 15 days.
