Pros: Overall job experience with Infinite is awesome, especially wanted to talk about the company's CEO Mr Wilson Anandaraj is very friendly and helpful to all the employees, where you can not see such a wonderful CEO in any other company.

Only positive thing is salary on time. Don't think itvthatvsalary is good here, whatever they fix for you at joining, you will get it on time. No increments thereafter. 0% hikes

No salary increments, 0% hikes tgey give saying you already have the best ctc. No worklife balance .

Freshers will get more salary as compare to experince Good for freshers not for experienced person. They will not give work what you have learn they will assign other than what you interested .

Poor HR policy and no response at time. No increments and no growth. Technical managers are non-technical. Management is unsupportive. Job is insecure. If you do not have project, you will be moved to corp-bench and simultaneously your notice period will be started.

No guarantee what are you working why are you working for. 5. Frequent technology switch instead of focusing on one skill set. This will ruin employee career and performance. 6. Please do not recruit employees without project confirmation. Do not play with them.
