Service Provider Company with no management policies. Managers modifiy the policy according to them. Nothing to learn here. You will get the 10% hike annually but hike in variables like gratuity and group insurance. In hand you will get only 1500 rs per month max. 3 months notice period, mentioned buy opt in offer letter but they will not release you at any cost except you have some great source in company. Cab facility is not free for night shift folks and novt available for day shift folks.

Freshers will get more salary as compare to experince Good for freshers not for experienced person. They will not give work what you have learn they will assign other than what you interested .

There is no up skills With out hikes promotions will get. There is no use of promotions salary will same With out salary no other benifts Only work no cultural activities

Don't go with this organisation. In offer they mentioned notice period 60 days. But in reality they release you suddenly with out any salary if they don't have any project.

Management is very very poor. They don't know how to behave with employee.

...they need something from you. but then really unresponsive if you need anything. oh and they’ll even scam you on your salary like they did with our batch. the company culture is shit, the company is shit, your job is never secure and there’s no growth. personally, please don’t waste your time with them.
