As a fresher you can able to learn lot of things. You can learn new things and the leads and manager will help you get good knowledge in technology. They are supportive

There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.

Freshers will get more salary as compare to experince Good for freshers not for experienced person. They will not give work what you have learn they will assign other than what you interested .

There is no up skills With out hikes promotions will get. There is no use of promotions salary will same With out salary no other benifts Only work no cultural activities

Don't go with this organisation. In offer they mentioned notice period 60 days. But in reality they release you suddenly with out any salary if they don't have any project.

Management is very very poor. They don't know how to behave with employee.

Pay was decent for the work I did. Nothing much to add.

Mostly boring support projects. Negligible learning. If project ends thrown out after 2 months bench period. Terrible HR. Bond for freshers of 3 lakhs for 3 years makes zero sense. No similar company has such bond in place.
