salary is no problems good company.and office atmosphere is awesome like foreign resemblances, real tea coffee and milk one have to forget about food when in campus office company is maintaining this pantry section very nice hygienic

other departments I don't know, I am in Finance Functional section, where there is a huge regional politics going on presently like good appraisals for one sided peoples only like that there is no balance of work opportunities even when show proof of work capabilities and in turn their own people work is just a show off and their own people salaries are very huge. and there is no equality even based on real experiences there is a lot of groupism and real capable employees are always cornered though encourage in startup.

Only positive thing is salary on time. Don't think itvthatvsalary is good here, whatever they fix for you at joining, you will get it on time. No increments thereafter. 0% hikes

No salary increments, 0% hikes tgey give saying you already have the best ctc. No worklife balance .

Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Too much hierarchy EGO at every level. Worst management and HR. Change policy evey 3 months as per their needs Service based not product based No response how much ever escalation you do 3 months notice period, 12 months probation period, will have to serve 3 months notice even in probation period.

There are many things mainly, salary, work life balance, culture, management purely depends on process. I have been working in infinite from past 1 and half year, it been very challenging every day and there is no proper cafeteria too.

Very few things are there to be like --Salary on time, meeting with management on regular basis.

They want the employees who will obey him at any cost, they don't want to listen NO, small companies culture......
