To be honest there is nothing to like about, except for the location which is away from the city.

1. The salary structure is crazy, the ctc would be high and in-hand would be something else, you would keep regretting everyday on why you joined in the first place 2.The new process, Turbify it's really bad, the product prices are doubled and many of the customers are frustrated and end up shifting to a different provider. 3. Management(Manager, AM) is a joke, they get paid higher come to chill and put pressure on the agents and go. Team Leaders with experience are good, while the team leaders who were hired only coz they have many years experience working as an agents are like lost kids who do not know what to do, they do not even know how to manage a team,the basic skills an agent can handle the team far better. 4. Lot of favoritism , 5. And forget about your leaves, coz even if u beg and cry or die they would not give you one.No sudden serious emergency leaves. And in case of a planned leaves only expect it to be given the time they like. 5. You cannot voice out, you get noted by the management and HR. Management only supports their own. 6. There is no hope for the process and also the management, gets worse each day. 7. As a fresher I would suggest you not to join here as it just gives you a bad experience.

Good place for freshers to start their carrier and I liked only the campus almost looks like a resort.

Team wise i was satisfied but when it comes to Job security it is terrible, Compensation and benefits are very poor and employee security is dull (specially night shift employees) Freshers if you stick more than a year its unworthy. Frequent lay offs are best example to measure this company.

It’s the job security. And they don’t have much projects. They often change the rules and policy to benefit them self as company not to benefit employees.

Only positive thing is salary on time. Don't think itvthatvsalary is good here, whatever they fix for you at joining, you will get it on time. No increments thereafter. 0% hikes

No salary increments, 0% hikes tgey give saying you already have the best ctc. No worklife balance .

Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Too much hierarchy EGO at every level. Worst management and HR. Change policy evey 3 months as per their needs Service based not product based No response how much ever escalation you do 3 months notice period, 12 months probation period, will have to serve 3 months notice even in probation period.
