No work life balance No growth HR is just a puppet of management Office politics. Non technical behaviour from senior General manager(Zero Knowledge to execute a project). 9.0 to 6.0 working hours and alternate Saturday's off is just on paper. Please make sure before joining Infinite.

Very slow growth. Working ours can be upto 13-14 hours without any extra compensation. HR department is only for passing instructions from owner to employees. They look for money in employee like they took 2 lakhs from me to freed me from company. I have a bond to pass atleast two years. I have served 1 year 4 months. Still they had taken 2 lakhs fully without giving any single rupee weive off. In those 16 months they have not given me increment even once. Because they knew that I could not leave company because of bond.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

...EO always comes to office before 9:00 AM which is company's punch in time. ▪︎They people recognize potential in employees and give them good salary hike and bonus too.

▪︎I think , working hours should be decreased to 8 hours as opposed to 9 hours. It will ease our daily life. ▪︎Every weekend should be week-off.

Ther is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but career grouwth is slow ther is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joining
