...lunch, if working late till night can book taxi and go home(will be reimbursed). Bonus with salary is good.

Work/life balance in ATV department is poor. Culture is more of name and blaim rather than cooperate. Company culture is very poor. Team Leads tend to discriminate and tend to show-off.

Management puts no effort in supporting their employees. If you go approach them for a solution they tell you to find the solution also.
