...ork pressure with strict deadlines. Also need to work overtime for meetings. 2. Promotion - Very slow promotion and even the salary hike will very less. 3. Joining bonus will be a trap. There will be 2-4 years of lock-in period. If failed need to return the complete joining bonus including the taxable amount. 4. Team will replace interns and external frequently or they will keep on extending the contract for almost 3-4 years.

...lunch, if working late till night can book taxi and go home(will be reimbursed). Bonus with salary is good.

Dislikes

Work/life balance in ATV department is poor. Culture is more of name and blaim rather than cooperate. Company culture is very poor. Team Leads tend to discriminate and tend to show-off.

It is a good company especially if you see at the salary you get. Work culture is also amazing. But work load is also very much.

...their expectations is too high from you, whether you are fresher or experienced. On the other hand you will get decent salary and perks

There is great scope to shape one's future in semiconductor industry if you are the one who is very serious about building a strong career in this domain.

At times the effort put in by an individual is got given attention, which is kind of disheartening.

Pros: 1. The Best place to learn and grow. We have the most professional and the best friendly environment. The best place to work. 2. 60-40 Attendance and best work culture 3. No one disturbs when you are on leave. 4. Lunch provided by office. 5. Quarterly team dinners, Year end outings are the most fun part.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. You will work atleast for 5years in this company as you wont quit it.
