In the beginning they'll commit you for joining bonus, laptops etc. and at the time of paying you the service/money they'll start arranging meetings with you, back-to-back discussions with you and the HR will be the one to commit the things and at the time of paying back she'll pass on the dice to his colleague and his colleague will decline for the commitments. 4. They're so money minded that they even change the leaves circulars after your hiring, and when you'll ask for a leave, you'll be allowed and later that will be deducted from your salary by claiming that you were on probation and usually we don't provide any leaves at probation. 5. They will put you on notice period without any prior discussion and if you'll ask them for it, they'll give you some tasks to prove your potential (even if you are experienced). 6. You can't trust any co-founders, senior people in this company. No work cultures, no job security, no professionalisms. Only fake commitments & bluffing's. They'll harass you mentally & physically.
