As a sportsperson, I feel there is a lack of sports activities here. My suggestion is that the company should organize a sports event, or a specific sports activity, once a month. There is a lack of space for seating arrangements.

Managers and VPs don't know how to talk with employees. They are working here since they started their career and think they are the owner of this company; hence they can do anything with anyone.

Inficare Technologies is the best company if you are looking for a high salary and because of the salary I joined this company.

Job security. If you are not performing well then they will not allow you to continue.

I like the resources provided to me is amazingly wonderful as per my work style. My mentor always favor me and encourage all my efforts. Never asked me for overtime. Following management Hierarchy, that i never have to answer to any senior management for any mistake. It is near to my home, so i am loving it.

Dislikes

I dislike the HR management, as they rarely organize fun-Friday. As i am a sports loving person, they never organize any sports activity for refreshment. Poorly celebrating festivals. If we talk about income, The incentive structure and policy is very poor. Still it never comes on time.

It's such a useless company, trust me, the manager and owner were rude and egoistic people. it does not matter how many rounds you have passed. in the end, they make you feel downgraded and reject you for useless reasons. Do not consider this company it's similar to a call centre.
