1- close monitoring of employees like when they go for lunch , washroom , drink water 2- Bosses are toxic 3- Salary never on times 4- unexpected and blunt target than they can not event achieve 5- they can fire you overnight without notice period

I would like to share my disliked in Infexn laboratory is they don't provide any benefit like leave, bonus, promotion, food, travelling allows in the lab.

Worst management, no value for hardwork, favoritism in appraisal and Increments by the main management, politics and bad office culture, no professionalism, worst experience, selfish management as they use employees in their work and they terminate them without any reason like trash after fulfillment of their work
