... pressure. Expected to solve any bugs very quickly, no matter what time it is. For each bug found under your name, variable salary is cut by some percentage.

...lls. You get MacBook to work with. High CTC compared to other companies. Achievable targets. Backing by managers is good. The Buddy system is too good and they manage to stick with you till you learn to fly by yourself. Permanently WFH. You can choose to work from the office with their collab. They have a service for that. Attendance management and leave application are so smooth. Communication in the team is very transparent. Supportive team. I LEARNT PROFESSIONALISM HERE. I became professional and formal. I learnt how to communicate well. I learnt to update the day's work without a miss. CEO, CPO, CTO, and other chiefs can become like your friend. They follow a sports team work system here. It is easy for you to feel blessed to be working here. The team enjoys it a lot.

A few senior sales employees bullied me. I don't want to name them. Well, it happens in all other offices. Just like it hurt others, it hurt me too. When I joined, there was no proper training. It all came to me to learn by myself but you can't learn anything on your own unless someone teaches you! Even they learned that by reading someone's article or book. So, now it seems they have a proper "Sales Enablement." Good for them. One of the employees, who was on his notice period also took part in bullying. If anyone fails, they don't admit it. They just blame. If you are inexperienced, 😂 you're done! Anyway, maybe now the team has improved. Everyone makes mistakes in the start but it is all up to them to either fix them or be arrogant to continue. 3 people in the sales team who were my seniors were those who became arrogant toward me (Not my buddy, manager, or AEs). As I said, they follow a sports team management system. But when I was there, it had become like BCCI in 2021-22 😂 (IYKWIM) Anyway, as a Christian, I felt that was not God's will. So I had to quit. Having spent over five years at inFeedo, I can confidently say it has been a rewarding experience while make a difference - helping companies make a better & more engaged workspace for employees.
