All fixed pay but they will deduct LTA amount and pay once a year (March month of salary). Work culture and work timing based on client decision.

Dislikes

No job security. You wont get permanent job in client location. Please don't stay more than a year in a contract role. If possible discuss with your client manager and get permanent position within 9 months of your joining, if not happened, presume that they may terminate your contract at any time. Please don't believe any fake promises during recruitment process. 1 Month notice period. They will settle your FFS after completion of 90days. ***I don't recommend anyone***

Bad work environment no work life balance. Low salaries. No growth opportunities. They are not good at business. Poor quality training and outdated technologies. No hikes and 0 compensations and benifits. Toxic HR policies. I have worked with Vaidya CEO closely I see the decline of clients and projects.

Nothing is stable in this company.... Things written in the offer letter isn't been given to the employee even after completing probation period

The work culture, there isn't any value for employees working in this company.... They only care about profite and loss.
