INEL being a sales firm, my team mates were usually on visit and i had to work solo in office as the rest of the staff is available at the factory location and parent company in mumbai. That is the only downside I faced.

Employee cooperation is satisfactory. Accommodation is good.

At the time of relieving collecting money from employees. Working bond is there. Giving overseas opportunities when you give resignation letter otherwise not give any opportunity. Respect you cannot receive during the relieving need mediator to bargain the amount.

Working in office so convenient. all the colleagues are coming from various states and different culture. it is very useful to gather information about different culture. In office, workers are discussing about testing and improve our knowledge.

I think improve engineers guest house to better.
