First of all, this review is a genuine one as I have worked for a month in this company so I will tell you about every ebbs and flows of this company. 1. If you are a fan of tragic Bollywood romance, then this company is the best one. 2. The colleagues are very friendly and helpful. They will be so determined to solve your problems that they will spend hours to address the issues. 3. If you feel bored ( you will always feel that ), then for entertainment sake, we used to play carrom. 4. The cityscape outside the office building is worth appreciating.

...f others I have to reveal because I don't want others to be mislead like me : Developer (Frontend or backend) salary: Intern - Rs 4,000 per month and Full time employee - Rs 5,000 per month Peon salary: Rs 13,000 per month. Rest I leave it to you all. 6. Office room is also very small (hardly the size of a hall room) 7. The behaviour and relation with clients is very rude and unethical. I assume that ( I am not that sure) in last 3 months, we hardly finished any deal. 8. My laptop had been damaged due to heavy crowd in trains and he assured for a reimbursement along with salary and guess what he didn't pay me. 9. The boss and female candidate will always back bite about your flaws. 10. The above 9 points is enough to explain the level of exploitation we had to suffer The reason I had joined the company was to learn and enhance my skills for a better future and thrive for a better company as I was slogging since 6 months to search for a job but things went downhill after that. My dreams and expectations started to bury underground. Bottomline: There are many companies out there who will provide something even better just keep trying for it as Rome wasn't built in a day and have faith and believe in what you are because you are the best and unique.
