I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

The one thing I like about the company is how the founders will treat you in the 1st month.

Dislikes

The founders micromanage everything. The HR does nothing except saying ‘talk to sir’. There is no real HR because the founder himself is the HR. They don’t release salaries on time. Don’t give FNF to their employees. They fire employees according to their convenience and never give a prior notice. They abuse their ex employees (and even employees) behind their back and talk all sorts of bad things about women. The founder goes with the employees to get high in the middle of the working hours. No professionalism. Highly toxic. They will the suck the life out of you. If by any chance you don’t trust this review talk to any ex employee of this company and you’ll know the truth.

There is nothing to like about this company. Extremely pathetic. Salaries are not on time. Not giving FNF to their ex employees. Totally fraud company.

No work life balance, no definite work. Extreme pressure. No growth. Even appraisals didn’t happened. Ravneet & Roop are totally fraud. Not making vendors payment on time. Not giving FNF to ex employees. Not recommending to join the these organisation.
