Only the BD team members were good who were all trying hard to keep the sinking ship afloat

Dislikes

- Worst management who only support their shoe licking puppets - the old employees as mentioned in other review - Management suck. Don't know how to run an IT company and always focus on profits and never on client or employee satisfaction - Office staff full of internal politics creating a terrible work culture - No support for Business Development team and their skill development. Just pressurizing for getting more business - HR policies never favored employees - Unskilled team leading to misery in project and client dissatisfaction

I've been with IndyLogix Family since 7 years which itself shows the culture at best company is by far the greatest asset. IndyLogix care about the happiness of their employees. Patient and understanding management with relaxed and clam environment.
