If you have initiated anything then it's only your responsibility to complete wheather shift is over, your reliever came or not. You have to finish it at any cost 5. All are good in front of yourself and on your back they mock at you. 6. Team polytics 7. Overall it's mahishmati samarajay where only one Boss & his words are law.

no bonus. you have to work without many proper tools. everyday company GM wakes up with new rules. canteen lunch is worst. even breakfast lunch is worst . imagine you are in night shift and canteen guy comes with gray color upama.
