First of all there is nothing to learn if you are a experienced one,fresher may learn

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There is no sufficient man power and financial is very poor .Lot of work pressure and have to work till late night . Monthly new fresher's will come we need to train them again and again .Salary is very much less .Finally the management is not good . Please don't join its my suggestion
