The compensation benefits are good. There is very good work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no skill development of the employee. Its extremely difficult to make a switch for the firm, (which sometimes is the reason of exploitation) due to its niche working practises. All the benefits are for the senior management. The new joiners are not rewarded aptly for their contribution.

-Decent People -Not much work pressure -Salary on time

Dislikes

-very biased management, researchers delay their work to very last moment, putting sudden pressures on editors during some particular days. -Unsatisfactory salary, while others get promotions and raise left and right, work of editors is ignored by senior management.

I am part of the organization for last 5.5 years, never felt any stress while coming to the office 🙂.. Superb culture,amazing people... Job security, most importantly on time pay, never got delayed even by one day,if bank holidays are falling on same day,then you get it a day early ❤️

Dislikes

Earlier I used to hate travel time but since I have been relocated myself to Gurgaon from Noida, everything is super fine...it was also my personal concern,not because of the company.
